Mahala is now teaching Yoga inClapham at Tulip Yoga Studio- a yoga haven in the heart of Clapham - the perfect space to come and deepen your yoga practice. Classes are also available in Chelsea, Clapham South, Battersea, Wandsworth, Kensington and clapham common.

Mahala has over 10 years experience in Ashtanga Yoga, Bikram, Power Yoga and Kundalini. She has trained in many different styles both here in the UK as well as India.

She is a passionate highly qualified and experienced teacher that lives and breathes yoga. By using simple techniques combined with meditation, she cured herself of asthma and has given birth to a beautiful baby girl, when she thought that this was not possible.

You will find Mahala's Yoga Classes are very down to earth and easily accessible. After a class you will leave feeling rejuvenated, refreshed and energised. You will move the spine in six different directions, tone strengthen and stretch every muscle tendon and ligament in the body. You will learn how to breathe properly, how to relax and how to apply very simple techniques into your every day life that will help you to be calm, centred and focused.
